GOLF OUTINGS and TOURNAMENTS

It's a day your group will always remember.  It's a setting like no other.  Cache Creek Casino Resort is proud to offer Yocha-De-He Golf Club and its first-class beautiful setting and services that will leave golfers feeling like they are a member for the day.  Its a layout that has the reputation as the gem of the valley and has setting like no other. 
 
The serene valley setting and a 18-hole championship course make Yocha-De-He an ideal place for any size of group up to 144 players.  Our Group Sales Manager, Brooke Ruegg, works with each group prior, during, and at the conclusion of the event to ensure legendary service.
 
Several group packages are  available to accommodate any tournament needs.  These packages can be customized to include catering, beverage, prizes awards, clinics, and on-course events.

Banquets:
 
Pre and post-event banquets are currently offered both indoors and outdoors at our banquet facilities within Cache Creek Casino Resort.  Clubhouse banquets will be available in 2009, featuring spectacular panormaic views of the golf course, lake, and the beautiful Capay Valley. All menu items are customized for your desire.
 
Special Notes:

 

  • Number of players guaranteed is due 14 days prior to event
  • Minimum number of players for a shotgun is 60 players
  • Maximum number of players for a shotgun is 144
  • A 20% deposit of golf cost is required to secure a date
  • Balance of payment for golf is  DUE NO LATER  THAN THE DAY OF THE EVENT unless prior arrangements have been made with the Tournament Director
  • Payment for all Food and Beverage is due the day of the event*

Shotguns:

 

  • In the event a shotgun event has less than 120 players, Yocha-De-He has the right to book the course to full capacity with outside/other golfers
  • Starting times for shotgun events may be restricted to certain time periods
