How it works: Gather a group of 52 people and we will put together
an event that is memorable in every way. From the transportation to the food
& beverage, we have you covered. We can even customize your package for
larger or smaller groups. Simply gather as many participants as you can and come
enjoy our array of services including a spa, casino gaming, and 18-holes of
championship golf.
Schedule: All schedules can be customizable, but here is a sample timeline for an ideal bus trip:
7:00 a.m. – Pick up at one central location
8:30 a.m. – Arrival to Yocha
Dehe Golf Club
9:30 p.m. – Shotgun Start
6:00 p.m. – Depart Cache
Creek Casino Resort
7:00 p.m. – Drop off
Package One: $120 per person
Transportation from your area
to Cache Creek Casino Resort, 18-holes of championship golf, $5 merchandise
credit per player, lunch from our cook to order grill (includes choice of
hamburger/hot dog/chicken, chips and drink) and Casino Bonus Play.
Package Two: $130 per person
Transportation from your area
to Cache Creek Casino Resort, 18-holes of championship golf, $10 merchandise
credit per player, coupon for lunch at Harvest Buffet and Casino Bonus Play
(Harvest buffet is closed on Wed. & Thurs.)
Package Three: $70 per person
Transportation from your area
to Cache Creek Casino Resort, day pass to the pool & work out facility, coupon
for lunch at Harvest Buffet or Bahtenta Restaurant, and Casino Bonus Play.
Package Four/Golf
Professional*: $45 per person
Transportation from your area
to Cache Creek Casino Resort, coupon for lunch at Harvest Buffet or Bahtenta
Restaurant and Casino Bonus Play.
*maximum of two golf professionals per group
Packages: Packages are available to groups Monday through
Thursday in the months of April through October. Weekend events can be
accommodated but package rates will increase. Guests have the option of
purchasing different group packages. Yocha Dehe Golf Club does have the right
to raise the individual cost per person to meet the transportation requirements
if the minimums are not met.
Special Notes:
- Number of guaranteed guests is
due to Yocha Dehe Golf Club 16 days prior to the event.
- Golf package includes golf
cart with GPS and use of practice facility prior to play.
- Package cost is based on full
bus or minimum of 52 riders.
- The remaining balance of
payment for the event is due no later than the day of the event.
